She is a very kind lady, but Aloha Hawaii Tours smh I don't have money to pay for expensive places this is why I signed up and have found not nothing on the Aloha Hiawii Tours World Saving app in ******* affordable unless they are two or 3-star hotels or resorts. I am giving ************ a 5-star for her customer service. ********** THANK YOU because before speaking to ************** thought I was scammed and crying sending emails today since 12 noon. Aloha Hawaii, please do better because I am very hurt. She was very professional, and I look forward to working with her soon to book my trips. It's not her fault that she did an awesome job tonight. I was told I could book anywhere (lies) but was only to selected places. After getting hung up on several times today by other people, I want to thank **** for calling me back and helping me make sense of this membership I purchased regarding the gift trips. C explained the truth about the trips and was very helpful and patient with me, guiding how to get the best out of this membership and where and what I needed to do. I am very hurt because I thought this would be great because I have never been anywhere outside ******* or a popular place in the States, so why not get this membership? I thought. Today, I finally tried redeeming my free trips for this year but discovered that the information I received signing up for the membership was incorrect. Since signing up, I haven't seen any great hotel deals. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Being handicapped, I have to make sure hotels have certain accommodations for me, and their system does not allow for any accommodations to be made, which does not set will with me. What a scam - perfect bait and switch tactics, along with a gift that is worthless. What a crock!!!! Wish I could get my 90 minutes back of my life, plus the *****. Plus, a ***** fee once they agree to your dates, just to show you wont cancel. Plus, there is a fee for traveling on the weekends, and a surcharge for your children - which 2 were supposed to be included. So, basically, I have to send in 3 dates with 3 destinations (30 days apart mind you) to let some random person pick the hotel for me in the city of my choice. I pay the money and then get shown a video that everything is done through email - no live agents. I paid it because that was the only way to move ahead to even see what hotels they supposedly work with. So, imagine my surprise when I get the voucher and have to pay ***** in order to activate my coupon. I expected to pay no more than ***** a night for taxes/fees. I was told you made a reservation with a live person and they will go over what they have to offer in each of their destination cities. But, I did contact them and did receive the email within a few days of my letting them know. ***Please be advised in the event of a Government shutdown the National Parks will have limited access available to the public.I also attended a webinar, and did not receive my ********** the first go around. ![]() Kilauea Visitor Center (bathroom break)*.***LUNCH IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON TOUR ![]() See the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, an unforgettable site to keep an eye out for the Hawaiian Sea Turtles that bask in the sun here.
